Swiss Property Management is a boutique property management company serving high end residential home owners in the greater Miami area. The majority of our clients are absentee owners.

The founder and owner of Swiss Property Management is Oliver R. Oberhauser a Swiss National. Growing up in a family active in the Swiss Hospitality Industry, working as a Banker in Switzerland and the US for two decades, combined with years of international Real Estate experience allow him to understand what it takes to serve wealthy individuals from around the world. As the owner of the company he oversees every job personally. He is fluent in Swiss German, German, French and English. His business partner is fluent in English and Russian.

Over the years, Swiss Property Management has gathered a network of reliable professionals, like Architects, Interior Designers, General Contractors, Landscaping Companies, Pool Services, etc., allowing them to resolve all issues smoothly and in a timely manner.

Swiss Property Management is a State licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM).
